This is a unique scientifically formulated multivitamin created to provide a comprehensive natural blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other specialized nutrients including co-enzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid and amino acids. This last inclusion makes this multivitamin quite unique. The amounts of each nutrient have been chosen to complement each other in a complete scientific balance.

It is ideal for when one needs to maintain and or increase overall optimal nutritional balance. A good multivitamin is especially required when one is on a weight reducing diet or when food has poor nutritional density or when an overall nutritional support supplement is needed.  It has been shown that when on a low kJ diet it is absolutely impossible to get the basic daily nutrients required when kJ intake is reduced.  Similarly if we are consuming only ‘one nutritional balanced plate of food’ per day we are again unable to consume sufficient nutrients which our bodies require.
